Announcement: Opening of the Call for Applications for a Master’s Degree Program at D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia

The University of Larbi Ben M’hidi – Oum El Bouaghi (Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events) informs all students that, following the correspondence issued by the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchange at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Reference No. 1644/D.C.E.U/S.D.M.E.P/2026), the Ministry has received an offer for Master’s degree applications at D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, totaling 10 seats allocated for Algerian candidates, for the academic year 2026-2027.

Offer Details:

• Scholarship Type: Russian Federation Government quota (funded by the federal budget) or on a contractual basis (paid, at a cost of 209,000 Russian Rubles per year).
• Available Specializations:
  • Medical-Biological (Russian language, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics)
  • Engineering and Technology (Russian language, mathematics, physics, computer science, chemistry)
  • Natural Sciences (Russian language, mathematics, chemistry, physics, computer science)
• Minimum Age: 18 full years at the time of application.
• University Housing is available (at an estimated cost of 3,212 Russian Rubles and 28 kopecks for contractual students).
• Health Insurance is mandatory (purchased within the Russian Federation).
• Preparatory department classes begin on October 1, 2026, and candidates must arrive in the Russian Federation no later than September 25, 2026.

• Copy of the university degree (last obtained degree) + translation into Russian.
• Medical certificate proving the absence of health contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation (with certified translation into Russian).

• The university’s internal application form.

Important Note: Files can be submitted starting from now. Candidates are advised not to delay due to administrative deadlines (the entry invitation is issued within 20 working days of file submission, followed by the visa through the Russian Embassy).
