As an active partner of the GEN-YOUTH consortium, UOEB continues to contribute to strengthening institutional capacity and promoting youth employability across the South Mediterranean region. This edition presents the University’s progress in implementing its Action Plan stemming from the Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCAP), translating strategic recommendations into concrete institutional initiatives.

What’s inside this issue

The official launch of the OCAP Action Plan, structured around four strategic priorities.
Successful participation in the first international OCAP mentoring session, held on 2 July 2026.
Implementation of priority actions in governance, digital readiness, graduate employability and financial sustainability.
The University’s roadmap for the coming months, focused on institutional performance and stakeholder engagement.

It aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of partner organisations, promote good governance, encourage digital transformation and improve youth employability through international cooperation, skills development activities and the exchange of good practices.
