The holder of a license in management of companies and administrations is qualified to intervene in all industrial and administrative sectors.For example, we can cite the administrations of all industries, public administrations and local authorities (ministry, wilaya, Daira, municipality, etc.)

Pedagogical supervision mobilized:

 Pedagogical teams, drawn from all the teaching staff of the university, are put in place.The professionals to be involved in these trainings have given their agreements in principle.

Educational programs:

 The training programs for the two courses have been established in collaboration with the IUTs of France.

Student numbers:

 For the year 2015/2016 the number of students for the Department of Physical Measurements is 21 students and 32 students for the Department of Management of companies and Administrations.For the year 2016/2017 the number of first-year students is estimated at 50 students per department.

The acquisition and installation of practical work equipment:

 A first operation to acquire practical work equipment was finalized in 2015 and a second operation is in progress.

Dedicated infrastructure:

 The works of realization of the Institute of Technology in Ain M’Lila (1000 teaching places and a city of 500 beds) were launched during 2014 and their receptions are planned for the start of the 2017/2018 academic year.Work is progressing at a normal pace.

For the 2016-2017 school year, as for the 2015-2016 year, a former teaching block (Block F) has been rehabilitated to temporarily accommodate the Institute.

Actions taken to integrate future graduates:

 Several contacts have been established with representatives of the economic sector, and the public administrations of the region with a view to the integration of future graduates.

Further information:

 The agreement signed between the Ain M’Lila Institute of Technology and the IUT Physical Measurements of the University of Paris SudOrsay, is an appropriate platform for advanced training courses for laboratory engineers and teachers.It is imperative to provide specific funding for this action.

 • Accounting and Finance

Speciality of Human Resources Management:

The general objective of the training is to train executives who hold a professional bachelor’s degree in the management of administrations and companies, after having been trained in a private or public institution. With experience, he can reach positions of responsibility. The student develops specific human resources management skills that allow him to effectively manage human resources in the organization. In some cases, an LP-GEA graduate can be part of the rationale for creating or restoring an institution. A professional bachelor’s degree in the management of administrations and companies allows the formation of frameworks specialized in the management of human resources. This certificate aims at attempting the direct professional integration of the graduated student. Specialization is carried out in the third year.
