The University of Oum El Bouaghi (UOEB), a partner of the Erasmus+ GEN-YOUTH – Strengthening South Mediterranean Organizations for Youth Employability project, is pleased to share the Second Newsletter of the project.

This edition highlights the main activities carried out during the first half of 2026, including the official launch of the OCAP Action Plan, the initial outcomes of the Mentorship Programme, the progress achieved in institutional governance, digital transformation, graduate employability, and financial sustainability, as well as the key activities planned for the coming months.
