Agreement with the Directorate of Housing for the Province of Oum El Bouaghi

Participation of the University Director in the Provincial Council Meeting

The Rector of Oum El Bouaghi University, Professor Zohir Dibi, participated in the regular sessions of the  Provincial  Council of Oum El Bouaghi, under the chairmanship of the President of the Provincial Council and in the presence of the Provincial Governor, along with the the  Provincial  Council discusses all issues including ensuring that local residents are able to access affordable housing.
