The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Oum El-Bouaghi University

This morning, November 20, 2025, the Board of Directors of the University of Oum El Bouaghi convened, chaired by Professor Dr. Hassan Samadi, representing the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Also in attendance were the University Rector, Professor Dr. Zouhir Dibbi, the University Secretary General, members of the Board from various departments, and elected representatives of faculty, staff, and students.

The meeting agenda included the approval of the University’s revised budget for 2025. This followed the adoption of a new mechanism allowing for initial funding of innovative student projects, with the aim of supporting them and facilitating the economic viability of their innovative products. Twelve projects from the University of Oum El Bouaghi received funding under the Protomarket Challenge program.

The meeting also addressed the University’s draft budget for 2026.
