The administration of the University of Oum El Bouaghi cooperates with the Provincial Museum to organize periodic exhibitions at the university museum. The aim is to revive the national memory and introduce students and visitors to the stages that Algerians went through to gain independence.
The administration of the University supports these exhibitions by providing the necessary resources. Hence, it contributes to enriching the knowledge of students and external visitors and deepening their awareness of the sacrifices made by the people in order to regain their national sovereignty.

- Open Doors at the University
The University of Oum El Bouaghi is dedicated to organizing open days to welcome pupils from several secondary schools in the province. The goal is to introduce them to the various colleges and departments available at the university. During these events, students meet with university professors from different disciplines and get answers regarding study curricula and available employment opportunities. This initiative, which attracts a large number of pupils, aims to guide them towards specializations that align with their interests and abilities; in other words, it helps them to make informed decisions about their future academic paths.
