The digital repository of Oum El Bouaghi University is one of the university’s most prominent projects in the field of digital transformation and knowledge dissemination. The library of Oum El Bouaghi University plays an important academic, cultural and educational role at the local level thanks to its accessibility to the outside community. It allows researchers and interested parties from outside the university to apply for membership and benefit from its services. The library also periodically organizes open days to receive school and institute students, and it introduces them to its collections and shows them how to search for information sources.
The library provides designated spaces for reading and browsing, as well as halls for group study and others for electronic research. A team of specialists also provides assistance to researchers and guides them to useful resources.
