Participation of the University Director in the Provincial Council Meeting

The Director of Oum El Bouaghi University, Professor Zohir Dibi, participated in the regular third session of the  Provincial  Council of Oum El Bouaghi, held on October 12th and October 13th, 2022, under the chairmanship of the President of the Provincial Council and in the presence of the Provincial Governor.
