Harassment is defined as any unwelcome behavior, comment, gesture, or action that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for an individual or group based on their protected characteristics.

Key Principles of the Anti-Harassment Policy:

  • Prohibited Conduct: The university strictly forbids all forms of harassment, including bullying, stalking, discriminatory remarks, offensive jokes, unwanted advances, or any action that violates the dignity and well-being of others.
