Direction Board of the University of Oum El Bouaghi

The University of Oum El Bouaghi is being run since January 19, 2026 by the Rector Prof. Fawzi Choug.
The rectorial board consists of:
M. Fawzi Choug: Vice Rector in charge of Higher Education and Continuous Education and Diplomas.
M. Aichouche Riad: Vice Rector in Charge of Post-Graduation Training, University Accreditation and Scientific Research.
M. Chergui Khalil: Vice Rector for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events
M. Toufik Bendada: Vice Rector in charge of Development, Foresight and Orientation.

M. Zaidi Abd el Hafid: General Secretary of the University.
