"The International Cultural Pioneers Club"
In order to promote the cultural and scientific movement within the university, and as part of reinforcing the Study in Algeria project, as well as highlighting the role of the university in promoting and consolidating coexistence, cultural and social exchange, and the promotion of Algerian culture and identity, on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, the university director supervised the establishment of the International Cultural Club “Pioneers of Culture,” which brings together a group of international students.
Among the main objectives established by the club members:
- Facilitating cultural exchange among different international cultures to strengthen integration, harmony, and mutual understanding.
- Celebrating various national and cultural events specific to each country, by providing assistance and guidance to enhance communication and establish lasting bonds.
- Encouraging students to communicate with their international peers, understand their experiences, share their cultures, and promote international education, diversity, and cultural exchange.
The university director considered this foundation as an enrichment for embracing the cultures, customs, and traditions of other countries, as well as their cultural heritage.
The participation of the international student from Nigeria in university football tournaments
The participation of the international student, Habib Abu Bakr Ibrahim, in several university sports tournaments:
- Participation in the local university championship qualifiers for various sports, specializing in football, with the university residence team of 110 accommodations.
- Participation in the university regional football championship.
- Participation in the final match of the university regional championship with the team representing the Directorate of University Services in Oum El Bouaghi.
