Direction Board of the University of Oum El Bouaghi

The University of Oum El Bouaghi is being run since July 30, 2019 by the Rector Prof. Zohir DIBI.
The rectorial board consists of:
M. Fawzi Choug: Vice Rector in charge of Higher Education and Continuous Education and Diplomas.
M. Aichouche Riad: Vice Rector in Charge of Post-Graduation Training, University Accreditation and Scientific Research.
M. Lamamra Kheireddine: Vice Rector for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events
M. Toufik Bendada: Vice Rector in charge of Development, Foresight and Orientation.

M. Zaidi Abd el Hafid: General Secretary of the University.
