A Business & Management Studies degree looks at the way a company or organisation operates and functions. This might include the financial, administrative and marketing aspects of the business.  Business & Management Studies is almost always studied in tandem with another subject, covering a broad spectrum of areas. Business Management is that branch of education which provides knowledge and training pertaining to planning, execution, supervision and analysis of a business enterprise. In this field of education, one learns about the establishment of a company or an organisation, and various functional levels such as production, financial, administrative, human resources, sales & marketing and others. Almost all business enterprises, non-profit organisations and government bodies hire Business Management graduates in various capacities. Some of the sectors which hire such graduates in large numbers include FMCG, IT, Banking & Finance, Consultancy & Manufacturing.
