Internal rules

General

Article 01: Registration fees cannot be refunded or postponed for any reason.

Article 02: Any change of timetable, group or level must have the approval of the CEIL administration.

Article 03: The CEIL administration reserves the right, depending on the request for a change of group, the availability of premises and teachers, in order to assign the learner a schedule other than the one he or she will have chosen.

Article 04: The learner can choose to register for learning two languages.

Article 05: Learners must consult the posters and the Center’s website in order to find out about exam dates and CEIL news in general.

Discipline and diligence

Article 01: Learners who have totaled three successive absences without valid reason will not have the right to take the exam.

Article 02: Learners who have fulfilled the conditions for admission to CEIL will be given a CEIL affiliation card.

Article 03: The CEIL administration reserves the right to verify the identity of learners at any time and anywhere in the center.

Article 04: The CEIL administration attaches great importance to the behavior of learners within the center. Any act of indiscipline, or behavior deemed incorrect towards others, may result in disciplinary measures being taken against them in accordance with the regulations in force.

Article 05: Dismissal for indiscipline does not entitle you to any reimbursement of registration fees.

Article 06: The CEIL administration reminds learners that smoking is prohibited in the center premises, eating and using mobile phones during class sessions.

Article 07: A certificate of mastery of a recognized level is issued to learners who have successfully completed both training sessions.
