• Program Description:

The objectives of this training are:

1. Improving the SNV department at the University of Oum ElBouaghi by opening new specialties

2. Students from this specialty must find a path to continue their higher studies in a master’s degree.

3. Practical mastery of laboratory techniques in parasitology which allow the diagnosis and identification of parasitic diseases in both humans and animals.

4. Provide students with sufficient theoretical knowledge on the host–parasite–vector relationship and methods of combating biological vectors as well as prophylactic methods against different parasitoses.

5. This course aims to train students and managers who will be responsible for the fight against parasitic diseases, whether human or animal, through in-depth knowledge of the different taxonomic classes of parasites, their geographical distribution, their transmission routes.
