According to the Joint Ministerial Decision dated: 2004, which specified the Administrative Organization of the University Directorate, the College, the institute, the University annex and their common interests. The general secretariat of the College takes care of the following:

  • Preparing a draft human resources management plan for the college and ensuring its implementation
  • Management of the professional path for college users
  • Ensuring the management and preservation of the archives and documentation of the college
  • Preparing the college budget project and ensuring its implementation
  • Promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the concerned bodies of the University Directorate
  • Managing the means of transportation and real estate of the college and ensuring its maintenance
  • Ensuring the implementation of the internal security plan of the college
  • To be able to carry out its tasks, the general secretariat of the college includes several interests, namely:
