Program name bachelor degrees’s in Fundamental physics

Department Science of the matter (SM)

TRAINING OFFER L.M.D.

ACADEMIC LICENSE

Domain : Matter sciences

Field : Physics

Speciality :Fundamental  Physics

Training aims

The “Fundamental Physics” license is a part of the development of research and teaching at the University of Oum el Bouagh

  1. It is an original training course lasting three years during which students deepen a high level knowledge in Physics. The teaching units chosen allow the student to enter the world of research by preparing a master’s degree (possibly a doctorate) in different specialties of physics, to continue his studies in the higher normal schools for a professional career. in the teaching of physics or to move towards the disciplines of engineering sciences.
  2. Illustration of theoretical data through works, reports, screening of films such as: Fusion – The Core; Marie-Curie a woman on the Front, Gravity, The life of Stefan Hawking etc., and documentaries such as: Quantum mechanics, Nicolas Tesla, the Keys to the universe etc., followed by debate sessions with the collaboration of professors guests of the universities of the East-Algerian mainly.
  3. In addition, more than a traditional academic training, we aim in particular to develop in the student a critical spirit and a scientific logic, allowing him to approach the most difficult problems in physics and why not acquire a beginning of autonomy, still scientific, in order to deepen and/or discover new horizons.
