You must ensure that you have selected the appropriate role for this process: – From the available menu, select the Sign Minutes feature and then click Sign Exit Minutes.
– After the title of the academic year’s report and the dates of exit and resumption specified by the university appear, click the box marked “I agree and sign.” – After reviewing the report details and confirming the dates of exit and resumption, click the “I agree and sign” button. – Finally, you can download the digital copies of the vacation receipt and the report.
