    The National Council for University Ethics and Ethics developed and updated the Charter of University Ethics at the request of Mr. Badari, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in August 2023, to enable the university family to assume its responsibilities in its functions, tasks and roles.The charter applies to the university family in the public or private sectors and to all actors (professors – researchers, permanent researchers, associate or visiting professors, students, administrative officials in the ministry and in university institutions, administrative staff, technicians and assistants).
