Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Submitted papers to NCCS-AIA’2025 must be written in English and should conform to the IEEE conference format. Authors can utilize either the Word Template or the LaTeX Template. Manuscripts should be concise, with a length of 4 to 6 pages, inclusive of all figures, tables, and references. Submissions exceeding this page limit will not be reviewed.

To ensure a smooth submission process, all papers must be submitted exclusively through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) platform. This platform facilitates efficient handling of the peer-review process and provides an intuitive interface for both authors and reviewers. Authors can access the submission portal using the following link: Submit via CMT.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Reviewing for the NCCS-AIA’2025 Conference is blind to the identities of the authors (Double-blind review). To facilitate the double-blind paper evaluation method, authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the paper WITHOUT any reference to any of the authors, including the authors’ personal details, the acknowledgments section of the paper and any other reference that may disclose the authors’ identity.
