The University of Oum El Bouaghi Business Incubator Authority announces the start of registration for the 2025/2026 academic year, which was published on the university’s page
As part of organizing the registration process for the first session, the University Business Incubator has developed an electronic form to collect data from students (Bachelor 3, Master 2) wishing to register under Resolution 1275 “Economic Enterprise Project Certificate.”
1. Foreign nationals can also register, but outside the framework of Resolution 1275. The initial deadline for registration is October 31, 2025.
