1-Gestion des Villes
A-Description du programme:
L’inadéquation entre les différentes fonctions socio-économiques s’est traduite par une absence d’harmonie et de rationalité dans l’utilisation de l’espace urbain, la trop forte densité a perturbé la vie sociale et causé des difficultés pratiques de gestion pour les pouvoirs publics.
De plus, la réalisation de constructions en dehors des règles les plus élémentaires en termes d’architecture et d’urbanisme et l’harmonie d’ensemble des différents quartiers a généré des situations souvent irréversibles dans la perspective de la rationalité d’aménagement des villes. qui se caractérisent par les transformations rapides des sociétés les zones urbaines, la prolifération continue des établissements humains, la consommation, les sols incontrôlés, la vitesse de la croissance démographique, la prolifération de l’habitat illégal, la dégradation du cadre de vie, les problèmes environnementaux, etc.,
L’objectif général de la nouvelle formation est de :
• Une meilleure adaptation de la formation à l’évolution continue des techniques urbaines.
•Plus de responsabilité pour l’étudiant à travers le travail personnel de recherche, de prospection, d’analyse, de critique et d’innovation, qui ne peut être l’apanage exclusif d’un atelier ou d’un amphithéâtre.
• Une réponse aux besoins évolutifs du contexte socio-économique national et régional.
• Une adéquation de l’enseignement de la gestion des techniques urbaines à travers deux spécialités, « Génie Urbain » et « City Management ».
B-La formation des managers a les objectifs suivants:
– Former des gestionnaires municipaux qui doivent avoir une base solide en matière de gestion urbaine.
– Fournir à l’étudiant des informations approfondies sur les instruments de l’urbanisme.
– Former l’étudiant à mieux utiliser ces instruments pour gérer la ville d’une manière fiable et efficace. – Inculquer à l’élève les connaissances nécessaires à une représentation graphique et technique adéquate, afin d’exprimer ces idées et pensées.

2. Génie urbain
A-Description du programme :
La formation Génie Urbain propose aux étudiants une formation qui leur permet de maîtriser les aspects techniques de leur discipline (Génie Urbain) en s’intégrant dans un domaine plus large, celui du contexte urbain, de l’aménagement et des services. Les cursus académiques de la licence s’organisent autour de 4 axes principaux :
-1: Gestion et pratiques de la ville.
-2: techniques et sciences pour l’ingénieur.
– 3: développement urbain et environnement.
– 4: Conception et construction.
B-La formation en génie urbain a les objectifs suivants:
L’objectif principal de la Licence Génie Urbain est de former des étudiants, capables d’apporter un regard pluridisciplinaire sur les problématiques plurielles de la ville.
– A travers ses enseignements centrés sur les quatre grands axes (Gestion et pratiques de la ville, techniques urbaines et sciences de l’ingénieur, aménagement urbain et environnement, conception et construction et sciences humaines), le profil Génie Urbain constitue le socle principal d’une discipline plus approfondie.
Celui qui prépare à l’intégration dans les masters ès sciences de la ville, et plus particulièrement dans sa partie technico-conceptuelle et managériale.
– Les diplômés en génie urbain acquerront, au cours de leur formation, les connaissances et compétences qui leur permettront de participer à la production et à la gestion de l’espace urbain, à travers :
– La gestion de projets tout au long du processus de conception, de construction et d’aménagement dans le domaine de l’ingénierie urbaine au sein des différents secteurs privés et publics.
– Ils travaillent dans les domaines suivants :
• Aménagement, urbanisme et construction .
•Infrastructures et réseaux divers.
• l’environnement et les transports.

1.Gestion des villes
A-Description du programme:
Une maîtrise en gestion de la ville est conçue pour préparer intellectuellement les étudiants à être des « professionnels » avec les compétences, les capacités et les aptitudes pour participer pleinement aux opérations de développement urbain et territorial.
Il s’agit aussi de préparer un agent « catalyseur » capable d’insérer la culture du développement durable dans la pratique et la gestion des « services » urbains.
A l’issue de cette formation, l’apprenant sera capable de participer à l’élaboration de diagnostics territoriaux en relation avec la « gestion urbaine » et de participer pleinement à l’élaboration de projets au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Les compétences visées par cette formation sont de deux sortes :
1- Compétences transversales ; en particulier les connaissances de base, les compétences en communication et l’initiative.
2- Des compétences spécifiques, relatives aux missions requises par le métier, des connaissances méthodologiques et techniques, des connaissances en matière d’organisation et de gestion et des aptitudes en matière de « prospectives ».

L’ingénierie urbaine, liée au concept connexe de gestion urbaine, est l’ensemble des disciplines chargées de permettre la vie en milieu urbain, en particulier dans les zones urbaines denses.
De conceptualisation récente et émouvante, elle s’appuie sur une vision holistique de réalités complexes, en réaction avec l’approche analytique des techniques qui la composent.
Ainsi, il peut laisser une part tant aux aspects technologiques qu’aux sciences humaines et sociales.
Les Ingénieurs du Génie Urbain exercent des métiers transversaux (conception, construction, suivi) dans le domaine du développement urbain durable. Capables de travailler sur une grande variété de projets, ils sont très appréciés par les entreprises pour leurs qualités de leadership.
C’est un métier d’avenir, avec l’importance croissante des préoccupations environnementales.
Le génie urbain est un domaine très vaste qui englobe divers secteurs et offre une variété infinie de carrières
