  • Appointment of administrative, technical and service staff in the university and follow his career.

This service organizes training and improves the level on a permanent basis, to rehabilitate the employees to qualify them for his new tasks by:  

  • training during the preparatory course
  • Pre-promotion training.
  • Level improvement and renewal of information. 

Missions of the Sub-Directorate

        The Personnel and Training direction is responsible for :

  • Managing the career of the rectorate and common services staff and those appointed by the university's rector;
  • Developing and implementing training, development and retraining plans for university’s administrative, technical and service personnel;
  • Ensuring the management of the staff of the university personnel and their harmonious distribution among faculties, institutes and annexes
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of the University's Human Resources Management Plans.

39 new B Class Assistants (Masgister holders) were recruited from different specialties. In addition, 35 new teachers (transferred from other universities) of different grades and in different specialties were involved.

IMPROVEMENT

IMPROVEMENT

   214 teachers and 38 ATS staff benefited from advanced training courses abroad. Similarly, 43 ATS staff members benefited from refresher training and skills upgrading in Algeria.

PROMOTION

Larbi Ben M'Hidi University in Oum El Bouaghi pays particular attention to the training and improvement of its staff (teachers and ATS). As such, 111 teachers and 40 ATS were promoted in different sectors.
