Missions of the Sub-Directorate
The Personnel and Training direction is responsible for :
- Managing the career of the rectorate and common services staff and those appointed by the university's rector;
- Developing and implementing training, development and retraining plans for university’s administrative, technical and service personnel;
- Ensuring the management of the staff of the university personnel and their harmonious distribution among faculties, institutes and annexes
- Coordinating the development and implementation of the University's Human Resources Management Plans.
