The University of Larbi Ben M’hidi witnessed the inauguration of a training and capacity-building program for the employees of local municipalities. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Samir Nefla, the Wali (Governor) of Oum El Bouaghi department, along with the President of the Provincial People’s Council. Various institutions, members of parliament from both chambers, the local representative of the Republic’s Ombudsman, the University’s Director, members of the Higher Youth Council, the revolutionary family, and the media attended the event.
One of the main topics tackled during the training program was the use of renewable energy at the local government within the technical guidelines outlined in the terms of reference. This training program was facilitated by Amel Ferial BOUDJABI.

The 1st International Conference on Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, and New Technologies was organized by the Electronics and New Technologies Laboratory (LENT); the University of Oum El Bouaghi. This conference involved a wide range of activities, elaborated by the laboratory and touched upon various aspects such as electronics, computer science, and new technologies. The conference was an occasion to bring together academics, researchers, and industrial scientists to discuss and exchange ideas and research findings related to the conference’s axes.
