4. Protection Against Interference:
4.1. Academics are protected from any external interference aimed at restricting their academic freedom.
5. Transparency and Accountability:
5.1. Resource allocation processes in the University of Oum El Bouaghi and the selection of research projects are transparent and based on academic criteria.
