  2. The Distance Education Platform

The Distance Education Platform was established with the aim of providing online learning for students who have difficulty commuting to the university. It has been in operation since 2012. However, the COVID-19 crisis drew the attention of the pedagogical body to the advantages of distance learning, such as reducing traffic and pollution. As a result, this mode of education was officially endorsed, adapting all programmes offered by the university to distance education.

  • Progres Platform

The digitization efforts carried out by the Algerian government have led to the creation of the Progres platform, which has enabled the completion of numerous, virtual pedagogical, administrative, and research tasks. This platform facilitates the management of various files online and has allowed administrators, especially department heads, deans, their deputies, and research project managers, to perform their tasks without the need to travel to the university sites.
