Our university strongly encourages a culture of tolerance and respect, promoting the opportunity for all employees, especially women and international personnel, to create groups. We have introduced training programs and regular workshops to educate our staff about their rights to freedom of association. Additionally, we have established open platforms to facilitate discussions regarding rights and responsibilities inside the workplace. We strive to create a suitable environment where every person feels empowered to freely express their viewpoints and apprehensions without fear of concern or reprisal.
