Graduation Targets for Low-Income Students

In accordance with the current laws, especially ministerial decisions 711, 712, 992, 994, 171, and 1023, the University of Oum El Bouaghi has aimed to devise comprehensive training programs in all fields at the Master’s level, and all students can join them irrespective of their family income. To take their Bachelor’s degree and enroll in a higher degree (registering for a Master’s degree), all students get a bursary.

- Graduation Goals /Pursuing the Doctoral Degree
Following the current laws, especially ministerial decisions regulating the doctorate degree and the organization of contests, such as Decision No. 991 issued on August 1, 2022, outlining the procedures for enrolling in the third cycle training, organizing it, the conditions for preparing and defending doctoral theses, and Executive Decree No. 02-208 issued on June 5, 2022, which specifies the system of studies and training for obtaining higher education degrees, the University of Oum El Bouaghi has aimed to develop comprehensive training programs in all fields at the doctoral level (Ph.D.). All students, regardless of their family income, can enroll in these programs by taking part in a contest, after which the lists of successful candidates are posted.
