Dissemination of International and National Laws Related to Biodiversity and Minimizing the Impact of Alien Species on the University Campus
To raise awareness within the academic community about the impact of alien species on the university campus, the University of Oum El Bouaghi is committed to disseminating all international and national laws, regulations, and publications, including the following:
- Law No. 10-03 dated 19 Jumada Al-Awwal 1424 corresponds to July 19, 2003, concerning protecting the environment within the framework of sustainable development.
- The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) entered into force on December 29, 1993, with three main objectives: conservation of biological diversity, sustainable use of its components, and fair and equitable sharing of benefits from the use of genetic resources.
