On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, the Governor of the Province attendeda study day on cybercrime, its
prevention, and combat strategies. This event was organized as part of the collaboration between the police and the university, under the supervision of the University President, Professor DIBI Zohir, and the Head of Security in the province, with the presence of civilian and military authorities. It is worth noting that the activities of this study day will continue until Thursday, November 24, 2022.

Administrative management is one of the most important topics that have become a concern for officials
more than ever. Administrative officials engage in various daily activities within the framework of administrative management to achieve the public interest. In this context, the Council of Justice in the Province of Oum El Bouaghi, in coordination with the University of Oum El Bouaghi, organized a study day on administrative management on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in the main lecture hall of the university. The Governor of the province gave the signal for the start of the study day with the presence of civilian and military authorities and the judicial community. The opening program included speeches from the University President, the President of the Council of Justice in Oum El Bouaghi, and the Deputy Prosecutor from the same council.
