University’s Participation in Provincial Council Sessions

The Rector of the University of Oum El Bouaghi, Pr. Zohir Dibi, participated in the regular third session of the Provincial People’s Council in Oum El Bouaghi, held on October 12 and 13, 2022, under the presidency of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council and in the presence of Mr. Samir Nefla, the Governor of the province.
