Distributed-Intelligent Systems Engineering

are experiencing significant growth in the intelligent software industry. In such systems, the components communicate with each other to exchange information, coordinate their actions, make collective decisions, and so on. Distributed Intelligent Systems Engineering has become a highly active and recognized area of research due to the advantages it offers.

Objectives

Although this field has generated significant interest within the research community, the development methodologies for this type of systems are still in the preliminary stage and have not yet reached a high level of maturity. It is in this context that we aim to delve into this field in order to address the various challenges posed by its engineering, which arise from its inherent nature and specificities. Research in this field could lead to promising results that would have a positive impact both academically and socio-economically.

Scientic Foundations

In the field of intelligent distributed systems engineering, research revolves around several complementary and current themes:

  • Intelligent Web Application Engineering,
  • Control and Quality Assurance of Multi-Agent Applications,
  • Verification of Holonic Multi-Agent Applications,
  • Evolutionary Maintenance of Multi-Agent Applications,
  • Performance Evaluation of Multi-Agent Applications.
