Program Description

1- Conditions for joining the law major

 – Obtaining a baccalaureate degree

– Choice of desire by the candidate

– Availability of the conditions required for admission to the Division, including the average

2- Objective of the training:

The training system in the Bachelor of Laws Division aims to form in depth the student’s knowledge with regard to the basic knowledge of law, as there is a basic formation that includes 04 hexagons, then the student chooses one of the specializations Private Law or Public Law

Basic formation: This composition includes four 04 semesters, where the student must form in the following standards:

First hex:

Introduction to legal sciences (theory of law) – constitutional law – administrative law – methodology of legal sciences – history of regulations – international community, foreign language.

The second semester: introduction to legal sciences (theory of right) – constitutional law – administrative law – introduction to Islamic law – political economy – foreign language
