Reporting and Monitoring Policy for Educational and Occupational Discrimination

The University of Oum El Bouaghi is committed to promoting the principles of equality and non-discrimination in education and employment regardless of one’s gender, in accordance with the Algerian Constitution and labor laws. We recognize that education and employment are guaranteed rights for all, and that these rights must be protected to ensure that no individual is subject to deprivation or discrimination based on their gender. We believe in the importance of tolerance, cooperation, and equality within the university, and we encourage all members of the university community to report any suspected cases of educational or occupational discrimination.

Purpose:

This form aims to provide a means for students and staff to report any alleged cases of educational or occupational discrimination based on gender. All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness, and necessary actions will be taken to investigate and address the related cases.

Procedure:

• Individuals who feel they are subject to educational or occupational deprivation based on gender can file an official complaint using this form.
• Complaints should be submitted to the university’s relevant administrative office.
• The complaint should include accurate information about the alleged case of educational or occupational deprivation, with supporting documentation where possible.
• The complaint will be handled with complete confidentiality and great care to protect the privacy of the complainants.
• The complaint will swiftly be investigated according to the university’s internal procedures.

Awareness:

The University of Oum El Bouaghi is committed to raising awareness of gender rights and combatting discrimination through awareness campaigns and training programs targeting the entire university community.
