Goals of Getting the Master’s Degree/ Pursuing Doctoral Studies

In accordance with the current laws, especially ministerial decisions regulating the doctorate degree and the organization of contests, such as Decision No. 991 issued on August 1, 2022, outlining the procedures for enrolling in the third cycle training, organizing it, the conditions for preparing and defending doctoral theses, and Executive Decree No. 02-208 issued on June 5, 2022, which specifies the system of studies and training for obtaining higher education degrees, the University of Oum El Bouaghi has aimed to develop comprehensive training programs in all fields at the doctoral level (Ph.D.). All students, regardless of their family income, can enroll in these programs by taking part in a contest, after which the lists of successful candidates are posted.
