d&#8217;une\u00a0 valeur\u00a0 de <b>150 000\u00a0 <\/b><b>USD<\/b>.\u00a0d\u00e9cern\u00e9\u00a0 tous\u00a0 les deux ans,\u00a0 vise\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 honorer\u00a0 les\u00a0 personnes\u00a0 vivantes,\u00a0 les \u00a0institutions\u00a0 ou les \u00a0organismes\u00a0 publics ou priv\u00e9s en \u00a0activit\u00e9 ayant \u00a0contribu\u00e9s de\u00a0 mani\u00e8re\u00a0 \u00a0significative\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 la promotion,\u00a0 la recherche, la\u00a0sauvegarde ou \u00a0au maintien\u00a0 de la paix, \u00a0dans\u00a0 le respect\u00a0 \u00a0de la charte\u00a0 des
