  • Announcements of scientific activities: The Directorate of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities is interested in activities that the student focuses on where the university seeks to involve various students in various scientific activities: study days, awareness, training and participation in organizing scientific events.
  • Advertisements for sports activities: The Directorate of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities is concerned with sports activities with the extensive involvement of students and their involvement in various active sports clubs and participation in sports tournaments organized throughout the year such as participation in selective national competitions, participation in local championships, internal sports competitions

  • The Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities participates as an effective partner representing the University of Oum El Bouaghi in achieving sustainable development at the local level through scientific, cultural and sports activities, holding companies and agreements with partners outside Oum El Bouaghi University and outside the country.

  • Instruction on the prohibition of smoking in public places, Executive Decree No. 01-285 of 6 Rajab 1422 corresponding to September 24, 2001, laying down the public places where tobacco use is prohibited and the modalities for the application of this prohibition
  • Prevention and reduction measures for tobacco substances under inter-ministerial instructions, Decree No. 725 of June 21, 2016, laying down the modalities for the application of the prohibition of tobacco smoking in institutions and structures of the higher education and scientific research sector. After the Covid-19 years, the university adopted a new strategy in preventing tobacco use in closed spaces while allowing it in open spaces and outdoors.
