de consultation aux compagnies a\u00e9riennes et aux agences de voyages agr\u00e9es en vue de \u00ab<strong>R\u00e9servation et fourniture de titres de transport a\u00e9rien pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2025 (billets \u00e0 dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e \u00e0 trois (03) mois)\u00bb<\/strong> selon les deux (02) lots suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Item 01 :<\/strong> Billetterie pour stage de perfectionnement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger au profit des enseignants chercheurs, \u00e9tudiants doctorants et personnel ATS (Chapitre 21,19 Article 01).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Item 02 :<\/strong> Billetterie pour s\u00e9jours scientifiques au profit des professeurs de l&#8217;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, ma\u00eetres de conf\u00e9rences de classe A et de classe B (Chapitre 21,19
