Le retrait des documents de la consultation (cahiers des charges) peut s&#8217;effectuer d\u00e8s le premier affichage, aupr\u00e8s du bureau du S G en deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage de la facult\u00e9. L&#8217;offre doit comporter un dossier de candidature, une offre technique et une offre financi\u00e8re. Ces documents sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans des enveloppes s\u00e9par\u00e9es et cachet\u00e9es, indiquant la d\u00e9nomination de l&#8217;entreprise, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et l&#8217;objet de la consultation ainsi que la mention &#8220;Dossier de candidature&#8221;, &#8220;Offre technique&#8221; ou &#8220;Offre financi\u00e8re&#8221;, selon le cas. Ces enveloppes sont mises dans une autre enveloppe cachet\u00e9e et anonyme, comportant la
