Social Sciences, Larbi Ben M&#8217;hidi University \u2013 Oum El Bouaghi. He currently holds the position of Vice-Dean of the Faculty, in charge of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0He possesses extensive academic and pedagogical experience and holds a Doctorate of Science in Sociology of Organization and Work from the University of Batna. In addition, he has obtained several other qualifications, including the Certificate of Professional Competence in Law Practice. Dr. Abdelli is recognized as an active scientific figure in his field, having supervised numerous graduation theses (Master\u2019s and Doctorate), participated in dozens of national and international conferences, and contributed significantly to peer-reviewed academic journals.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0He previously served as the Head of the Department of Social Sciences and has played a prominent role in organizing and coordinating scientific and cultural activities both within and outside the university. His scientific projects focus on issues of social transformations and contemporary sociological approaches. He is committed to connecting scientific research with societal issues and believes in the university\u2019s role in knowledge production and the promotion of critical thinking.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Furthermore, he strives to contribute to the development of higher education and research.
