the <strong>University of Oum El Bouaghi<\/strong> is one of the leading faculties dedicated to the education and training of students in the fields of social and human sciences. It follows <strong>modern academic curricula<\/strong> that contribute to the development of <strong>scientific research and knowledge<\/strong>. facing Algerian society.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Laboratory of Ergonomics and Applied Research in Psychology and Educational Sciences<\/strong><ul><li>Concentrates on the <strong>applications of psychology and educational sciences<\/strong>, aiming to enhance <strong>human performance in various fields<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Laboratory of Maghreb Studies on History and Memory<\/strong><ul><li>Dedicated to researching <strong>Maghreb history and collective memory<\/strong>, analyzing <strong>historical events in the Professor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, University of Oum El Bouaghi, Algeria. He holds a <strong>Ph.D. in Management Sciences, <\/strong>from the University of Biskra. He also serves as the <strong>Head of the Local cell for University Ranking and Promotion<\/strong>, contributing to the development of university ranking criteria and the enhancement of higher education quality.<\/p><p>His teaching and research expertise span multiple fields, including <strong>quality management, strategic management, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, organizational analysis, and business management<\/strong>. He is proficient in various research methodologies and techniques, particularly <strong>bibliometric analysis, qualitative analysis, and quantitative and statistical analysis in business administration<\/strong>. His scholarly contributions have been published in prestigious international journals such as <em>Frontiers in Psychology<\/em> and <em>Frontiers in Public Health<\/em>.<\/p><p>Professor Chergui has supervised numerous <strong>Master\u2019s and Ph.D. students<\/strong> and possesses advanced skills in research and analytical tools, including <strong>SPSS, NVivo, Rstudio, Vosviewer, SmartPLS, and Amos<\/strong>.
