His duties :

• Ensure the management and follow-up of the registration of graduation students.
• Follow up the progress of education activities and take or propose each action in order to improve it to the dean.
• Maintaining the nominal and statistical list of students.
• Collecting, processing and disseminating pedagogical information for the benefit of students.
