1- Conditions for joining the law major<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
 – Obtaining a baccalaureate degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Choice of desire by the candidate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Availability of the conditions required for admission to the Division, including the average<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2- Objective of the training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training system in the Bachelor of Laws Division aims to form in depth the student’s knowledge with regard to the basic knowledge of law, as there is a basic formation that includes 04 hexagons, then the student chooses one of the specializations Private Law or Public Law<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Basic formation:<\/strong> This composition includes four 04 semesters, where the student must form in the following standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First hex:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Introduction to legal sciences (theory of law) – constitutional law – administrative law – methodology of legal sciences – history of regulations – international community, foreign language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second semester:<\/strong> introduction to legal sciences (theory of right) – constitutional law – administrative law – introduction to Islamic law – political economy – foreign language<\/p>\n\n\n\n
