The university supports the formation and functioning of various unions that advocate for the rights and interests of staff. These include the National Federation of University Professors, the General Union of Algerian Workers, the Independent National Union of Public Administration Users, and the Independent National Union of Higher Education Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the university actively engages with these unions to ensure that all employees have a voice in decision-making processes related to their work conditions and rights.
