The event was inaugurated by Mr. Samir Nefla, the Wali (Governor) of Oum El Bouaghi department, along with the President of the Provincial People&#8217;s Council. Various institutions, members of parliament from both chambers, the local representative of the Republic&#8217;s Ombudsman, the University&#8217;s Director, members of the Higher Youth Council, the revolutionary family, and the media attended the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main topics tackled during the training program was the use of renewable energy at the local government within the technical guidelines outlined in the terms of reference.
