The Vice-Rectorate for Development, Vision, and Guidance is responsible for overseeing the implementation and follow-up of this policy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.univ-oeb.dz\/vrdp\/en\/1311-2\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">link<\/mark><\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implementation Example \u2013 Energy Efficiency in New Buildings:<\/strong><br>In recent years, the University of Oum El Bouaghi has constructed several new buildings in full compliance with energy efficiency standards.
