For further details, please check the following link: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.univ-oeb.dz\/vrlex\/en\/2021\/4239\/\">http:\/\/www.univ-oeb.dz\/vrlex\/en\/2021\/4239\/<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Special Scholarships for Female Students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the applicable laws governing university scholarships, including the legal provisions specified in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-oeb.dz\/SDG\/executive-decree-no-09-351-dated-october-26-2009\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Decree No. 09-351, dated October 26, 2009, which determines the scholarship value for students enrolled in bachelor&#8217;s and doctoral programs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blush-light-purple-gradient-background has-background\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-oeb.dz\/SDG\/joint-ministerial-decision-dated-march-23-2010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joint Ministerial Decision dated March 23, 2010, which determines the scholarship value for students enrolled in master&#8217;s or second-cycle programs.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Female university students at the University of Oum El Bouaghi benefit from a scholarship equal to that provided to male students. This ensures that they can pursue their studies to obtain their degrees.
