They actually enable individuals to access video clips anytime and anywhere in the world, and they facilitate students\u2019 grasp of complicated concepts because of using visuals and adopting interactive learning. The University of Oum El Bouaghi was one of the first universities to launch a YouTube channel in order to deliver information to students.
