This incubator is dedicated to fostering financially and socially sustainable business startups through education and related resources. It was established following a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises. The launch of these centers was announced at the National Student Entrepreneur Conference on July 13, 2023, held at the International Conference Center, as part of efforts to enhance entrepreneurship in Algerian universities. On November 20, 2023, the Entrepreneurship Development Center was officially designated as a joint research service under Executive Decree No. 23-410, amending Executive Decree No. 12-293 of July 21, 2012, which outlines the roles, organization, and functioning of joint scientific and technological research services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entrepreneurship Development Center of Oum El Bouaghi
